Terms of Service

Effective June 1, 2026

1. Website operator

coolthings.fyi is operated by Individual Entrepreneur TANSOROV RUSLAN RAFAILOVICH (state registration no. 7694773, registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan on 21 April 2026). CoolThings is the trade name of a studio that builds AI agents, assistants, and internal tools for businesses.

2. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to visiting the website, reading its materials, and submitting the contact form. Development work, implementation, support, NDA, SLA, pricing, and project timelines are agreed separately in writing. Information on the website is not an offer by itself.

3. Inquiries and communication

By submitting the form, you confirm that the contact details are accurate and that you are allowed to send us the project description. We may respond by email, Telegram, or another channel you use in the conversation. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Website materials

The text, design, images, code, logos, and CoolThings name belong to the operator or are used under a lawful basis. You may link to the website and quote short excerpts with attribution. Copying the website, brand, design, or materials for commercial use requires written permission.

5. Prohibited use

6. Case studies and materials

Case studies, timelines, metrics, and solution descriptions reflect specific work or current products. They do not guarantee the same result, price, or timeline for another project. A reliable estimate requires discussion of the task, constraints, data, and integrations.

7. Website availability and third-party services

We try to keep the website available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or compatibility with every device. The website and communications may use third-party services including Cloudflare, Telegram, and Google Fonts; those services operate under their own terms.

8. Liability

The website is provided “as is” for general information about the studio. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, data loss, or decisions made solely on the basis of website materials.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, it is submitted to the competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the website, services, or law changes. The current version is always published on this page. Questions should be sent to [email protected].
