1. Controller
The controller of coolthings.fyi and the personal data you submit through the website is Individual Entrepreneur TANSOROV RUSLAN RAFAILOVICH (state registration no. 7694773, registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan on 21 April 2026). CoolThings is the trade name used on this website.
2. Data we process
We process only the data needed to operate the website and respond to inquiries:
- contact form data: name, email address, company, and message;
- technical request data: IP address, user agent, request time, and URL;
- messages if you continue the conversation by email, Telegram, or another channel;
- project information that you choose to include in an inquiry or follow-up message.
We do not ask for passport data, payment data, special-category personal data, or government identifiers through the website.
3. Why we use data
- to receive and review your inquiry;
- to respond and discuss a potential project;
- to prepare a commercial proposal if you request one;
- to keep the website secure and prevent spam or abuse;
- to comply with law and protect our rights in a dispute.
4. Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, Google Analytics, or other tracking scripts. Cloudflare may process technical logs to deliver the website, protect it from attacks, and diagnose issues.

- Cloudflare Pages — static website hosting;
- Cloudflare Workers — contact form intake and processing;
- Telegram Bot API — delivery of inquiries to our team workspace;
- Google Fonts — delivery of Inter and Space Grotesk typefaces.
These providers may process technical data and inquiry content in countries where their infrastructure operates. We use them only for the purposes described in this policy.
6. Retention
- inquiries and messages are kept for as long as needed to respond, negotiate, and work on a project;
- if no contract is signed, we delete or clean up the conversation on request unless we have a lawful reason to keep it;
- Cloudflare technical logs are retained under Cloudflare policies;
- documents related to signed contracts are retained for legal and accounting periods.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing. Email [email protected] from the address you used in your inquiry. We will respond substantively and may ask you to confirm that the request comes from the data subject.
8. Security
We restrict access to inquiries to the working team, serve the website over TLS, and do not publish inquiry content. Do not submit secrets, passwords, private keys, medical data, or documents through the form unless we have separately agreed on a secure transfer channel.
