Solution
A LangGraph pipeline reads each case and produces two artifacts at once: a customer reply and an internal ticket. The operator moderates each independently — approve, edit, or reject.
Capabilities
pgvector semantic search catches duplicates and similar cases, a ticket board runs tickets through their lifecycle, and approved ones sync to Linear and Trello.
